I have been an educator for many years and in many different capacities. I was a classroom teacher at the middle school level and a home instructor at the high school level. I was the first educator of my own 2 daughters and a training specialist/ instructional designer for the Western Electric Corporation, a former subsidiary of AT&T. I have been a tutor for over 16 years for test prep, including SATs, ACTS, PSATs, PRAXIS, ISEE, and SSAT. My experience as a tutor has been in both face-to-face and virtual classrooms for both one-on-one and small group instruction.
I hold a master’s degree in education. I believe that not only my experience, but my passion for teaching and learning, and my ability to figure out a student’s needs have helped me to get both students’ scores and confidence raised!
